NOTE: GAME HAS BEEN PUSHED TO WEDNESDAY DUE TO INCLEMENT WEATHER

Kinnelon pulled off one big upset. Now, the Colts need another to achieve one of their big goals for the 2012 campaign.

Days after knocking off top-seeded Chatham in the Morris County boys lacrosse semifinals, the fifth-seeded Cinderella aims to bounce perennial power Mountain Lakes in the championship game on Wednesday evening.

The much-anticipated showdown is slated to begin at 7 p.m. on the campus of Fairleigh Dickinson University in Madison, and will be live-streamed exclusively on MSGVarsity.com.

Mountain Lakes defeated No. 2 Delbarton, 10-8, in the other semifinal. The bigger shock of this event, however, came when defenseman Bobby Lewis netted the game-winner with 3 minutes, 40 seconds remaining to lift Kinnelon to a 10-9 win over the Cougars.

The Colts, who won the tournament final two years ago, faced a 7-4 deficit entering the fourth quarter, but did not wilt en route to improving to 9-6 overall on the season.

In order for the squad to recapture the magic of 2010, Kinnelon will have to contend with the Lakers, who are high on confidence.

Mountain Lakes fell to Delbarton, 5-4, in last year's final, but got the revenge it coveted in the teams' second meeting this spring. Delbarton handed the Lakers their first loss of the season on April 21, 17-7.
