Diaz scored on a header off a great cross from Eric Molina with 26:57 left in the game for the first goal of the game to lift Brentwood to a 3-0 win over Webster Schroeder Saturday afternoon in a state Class AA boys soccer semifinals at Middletown high school. Diaz has scored four goals in six postseason games, including the winner in overtime of a 2-1 win over Half Hollow Hills East in the Suffolk Class AA final.
