Leon M. Goldstein (6-2) will take on Fort Hamilton (7-1) for the PSAL girls 'B' championship at Hunter College.
Goldstein comes into this game off a very tight 2-0 victory over The Scholars Academy. Kristen Herchenroder, who's led Goldstein in aces this season, was pivotal in their victory with nine service points, five digs, and four kills. They will have a fierce competition on their hands when they match up with Fort Hamilton after splitting both of their regular season games.
Fort Hamilton is here following a 2-1 come back over Riverdale-Kingsbridge. Sarina Rozek led them with seven service points, eight kills, four aces, and three digs. Cansu llay Zor chipped in nine assists, four service points, two digs, and one kill.
They are in for a tough game after dropping their last match-up to Goldstein 25-13 and 25-17.
